Integra Protocol
Integra Protocol is an innovative system of psychological help, self-help and spiritual development. By working with internal conflicts (opposed decisions and identities), Integra Protocol enables for efficient elimination of emotional problems, release of traumas, increase of our potential to achieve goals, overcoming of negative beliefs, integration of polarities... and accelerated spiritual evolution.
Integra Protocol consists of three methods: Basic, Standard and Advanced.

How was Integra Protocol created?
After more than 25 years of work with personal improvement and spiritual development, I realised that a collective change occurred in the human being, in the sense of easier access to the contents of the unconscious. Consequently, this allowed for a possibility to resolve our emotional problems and accelerate our spiritual evolution in a more effective way.
By working on myself and through professional work with others, I realised that a more advanced work with internal conflicts became possible. In order to put these newly opened opportunities to a better use, I focused on the development of methods for integration of internal conflicts.
After one year of research and testing on myself and others, I developed the Advanced Method of Integra Protocol, described in my book "Integra Protocol, How to integrate internal conflicts". I developed this method for personal use, and used it only on myself and advanced clients.
In the meantime, through work with clients of all degrees of complexity, I developed the Basic and Standard Methods, which are easy to use, while the Advanced Method is more demanding for the client and it lasts longer than the other two. All three methods are simple to understand and apply, and they can be used on oneself and on others.

Why are identities important?
Identities are of key importance for both emotional problems and spiritual development.
-The importance of identities for the release of emotional problems:
When one says, for example, "I feel sadness", that's different from "I am a sad person". In the first case, one perceives the emotion of sadness, which is a temporary state, while in the second case one is identified with sadness, and one perceives that the identity "sad person" is one's true nature, which is a permanent and unchangeable state. Exactly this is where our problems begin, when we identify with thoughts and emotions, and this is what creates suffering. Therefore, in order to eliminate emotional problems, it is of key importance to release stuck identities.
-The importance of identities for acceleration of spiritual development:
Spiritual development is just another term for the process of de-identification. Ego, the false self, is an instrument of evolution, whose goal is the acquisition of awareness. Ego is developed by the process of identification, therefore identities are the fundamental basis of Ego. Spiritual development is a reversed process (the process of de-identification), during which, stuck identities are made conscious and released. Also, the True Being is gradually uncovered and we recognise that we are none of our stuck identities. Identities (and their totality that we call Ego) are the reason for which spiritual development was initially created and the reason for which it still exists.
By using Integra Protocol, to make conscious and integrate stuck identities, emotional problems are eliminated and spiritual development is accelerated, at the same time.
Also, identities are equally important for the release of traumatic experiences, for overcoming negative beliefs, integration of polarities, goal achievement, etc. We apply Integra Protocol on all these topics, equally as successfully as on emotional problems.

Decisions, goals, identities, internal conflicts
We could say that our identities are just the enforcers of goals which emanate from our decisions. That’s why decisions are the most important components of the unconscious, more important even from identities.
When we make a decision, whether it is conscious or unconscious, we also set a goal (whose task is to bring about reality which in in accordance with that decision), and assume the point of view necessary to pursue that goal. In other words, we assume the needed identity, since an identity is a point a view plus a goal that we want to accomplish from that point of view. If we accomplish the goal, this whole structure is released (decision, goal, point of view). However, if we experience a defeat, we make another decision (a decision of defeat), opposite to the first one. And based on this decision of defeat, we also set a goal and assume a point of view. This is how an internal conflict is created, between the first and the second decision, and their accompanying structures. This is how we get stuck.
At this stage, the person begins to oscillate, identifying for a period of time with one side of the conflict, and then with the other side. And so on. While oscillating, the person makes new decisions i creates new identities on both sides of the conflict. This is how and a complex and multilayered conflict is created which is more difficult to resolve.
When one decides to pursue goals of one side of the conflict, one suppresses the goals of the other side and takes action completely opposite to them, which directly threatens them. This causes a negative reaction, since the goals of the other side also gravitate towards their own actualisation. If one changes sides and decides to, in turn, support the goals of the other side, now, the goals of the first side will cause a negative reaction. One has two options only, and in both cases one has a negative reaction i.e. emotional problem.
When one integrates this internal conflict, one will be liberated from negative reactions, whether one decides to pursue side A or side B, because on neither side there will be no more unconscious goals which would be threatened, but only awareness of possible outcomes.
We could say that by integration of internal conflicts one gains freedom from unwanted states and behaviours as opposed to compulsion of such states and behaviours.
More about this you can read in my book “Integra Protocol, How to integrate internal conflicts”.

Five topics or areas of application
We can efficiently apply Integra Protocol methods on any emotional state or reaction, which includes:
Emotional problems
Negative and traumatic experiences
Goals, i.e. negative reactions that prevent us from working on our goals
Negative and limiting beliefs
Polarities
What is specific for Integra Protocol?
It integrates internal conflicts including multilayered conflicts
It is focused on decisions and identities as key elements of emotional problems, which allows for their efficient removal
It is focused on the process of de-identification as a key aspect of spiritual development, which allows for its further acceleration
Simplicity of technique and theory
Ease of use
Basic Method
Eliminates emotional reactions and states, integrates conflicts and develops awareness of them, integrates charge, it's quick and easy to apply
Standard Method
Eliminates emotional reactions and states, integrates conflicts and develops awareness of them, integrates a lot of charge, it's relatively quick and easy to apply, integrates selected polarities, allows for the experience of Oneness and wholeness that exist beyond polarities, etc,.
Advanced Method
Eliminates emotional reactions and states, integrates conflicts and develops awareness of them, integrates multilayered conflicts, integrates the biggest amount of charge, allows for spiritual states, integrates high identifications, enters into a very old and difficult to reach layers of unconscious, guides into a state without identities (Presence) integrates polarities that spontaneously occur, develops awareness of oscillations between the sides in conflict, etc,.
